What’s your return policy?

For services, we offer a money back guarantee.  I’ll give you 30 days to ask for your money back.  But you’re going to have to level me about what went wrong!

Do you serve customers in other countries?

I have to confess that I don’t speak any languages other than English.   If we can get past that, then, sure, I’ll work anybody, anywhere!

Do you have customer service?

Of course! But we don’t have a huge room full of Indian tech support folks, ready to answer your questions night and day.  You’ll just have to send me an email, and I’ll get to it within 24 hours.
